This frozen refreshment is perfect for hot days. You don't even need to have an ice cream maker to make it. Also, a healthy snack for kids.
Makes 6
Ingredients:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
- 2 tsp agave syrup or honey
- I Tbsp. lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into your ice pop moulds, stick a wood stick in and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
