Strawberry Smoothie Popsicles



This frozen refreshment is perfect for hot days. You don't even need to have an ice cream maker to make it. Also, a healthy snack for kids.

Makes 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
  • 2 tsp agave syrup or honey
  • I Tbsp. lemon juice 
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into your ice pop moulds, stick a wood stick in and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
