Watermelon Salad with Radish and Sage

Watermelon

Watermelons in great variety are one of the most refreshing of fruits. Serve them well chilled, in combination with other fruits and vegetables, for example - radishes. And why not? Use other herbs if you like - fresh dill, cilantro. Everyone seems to have different tastes about the proper seasoning.

We've been eating a lot of daikon radish this time of the year, but never had it with the watermelon. The taste and flavor of this two ingredients marry well together, I can imagine it with my taste buds. The only thing left is to find watermelon! Beautiful photos! :)
