Currant Popsicles, they are Beautiful & Delicious!



Currant Popsicles 1 Currant Popsicles 3

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla CHOBANI yogurt
  • 2 cups red or black currant, or mixture of both
  • 2 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into your ice pop moulds, stick a wood stick in and freeze until set or overnight.

I love your mold:) have little rocket ships.. for the boys..love this yogurt recipe Yelena..I have been searching for your Shrimp/glasses bowls..found vintage ones online..not really shippable to me..Strange as I ave 1 glass.. she had 3 glasses 4 inserts..as if it was meant to be..but not..

Sent you a little email when you posted the recipe..did you get it?

Just inquiring about where you bought yours..?

Dear Monique, please check you mail box, I re-sended you the letter. I hope you got it this time. I got my glasses in Williams and Sonoma store, but it was a long time ago, about ten years. Box has 2 glasses and two inserts. I just got one box. I hope you will find them! Let me know.

Yes, they are gorgeous, I just pinned them to my Spring board. It's so hard to find fresh currants though, I always give up.

Julia, I got them from the frozen section of the Russian market. But I planted two bushes of red currant last year, so I hope soon we will have a fresh currant for dessert.
